Payout Invoice is operated by MWare Technologies AS, Langgata 49, 4306 Sandnes, Norway (org. nr. 931 395 440). We are the controller for personal data processed to run the service.

Payout Invoice turns payout reports into numbered reverse-charge invoices for your books. To do that we store the company profile you enter, the payout files you upload or connect, and the invoices we generate from them.

• Account data: the email address you use to sign in, and the session that keeps you signed in. Sign-in is passwordless (email code or magic link) through our authentication provider.
• Company profile: business name, address, country, VAT ID, organisation number, billing email, invoice settings, and an optional logo.
• Payout files: App Store, Google Play, and Dodo Payments reports and CSVs you upload on any plan, or that we download after you connect App Store Connect or Dodo on Pro. These are bookkeeping records. We store them so we can parse payouts and generate invoices.
• Invoices: the vouchers we generate, including amounts, numbering, buyer details, and PDF files.
• Contact emails saved on an organization, if any. We store them with the account. We do not email invoice PDFs.
• Connections: vendor numbers and the status of a payout source you connect, such as an App Store Finance invite or a payout webhook. We do not receive access to change apps, prices, or banking.
• Billing: if you subscribe, our payment provider processes the payment. We store subscription status and customer identifiers. We do not store your card number.
• Messages you send to support, and the technical data needed to keep the service secure.
• Site preferences stored in your browser, such as theme, and aggregated page-view data from our hosting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.

We process this data to:

• Provide the service you sign up for, including generating and storing invoices you preview and download (contract).
• Take payment for a paid plan and keep a record of the subscription (contract).
• Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and understand which pages are used (legitimate interests).
• Meet accounting and tax duties that apply to us (legal obligation).

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that run the service:

• Supabase, for authentication, the database, and file storage.
• Vercel, for hosting and privacy-friendly page analytics.
• Dodo Payments, when you start or manage a paid subscription.
• Apple, only to the extent you connect App Store Connect and we download the payment reports that connection allows.

The application is hosted in the EU. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on that provider’s transfer safeguards.

We keep account, company, payout, and invoice data for as long as your account is open and you need the records, then for as long as we must keep them for accounting, tax, or disputes. You can ask us to delete your account. We may retain invoices and related payout files where the law requires a bookkeeping record.

If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Email support@mwaretechnologies.com to use these rights.
