Terms

The agreement

These terms are between you and MWare Technologies AS (“we”) for use of Payout Invoice. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you can bind that company, and “you” means that company.

The service

Payout Invoice generates reverse-charge self-billing vouchers and other invoices from payout reports and the details you enter. It is a bookkeeping aid for app companies. It is not tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it does not file returns for you.

You are responsible for the company details, VAT treatment, invoice numbering, and filings in your own books. Check each voucher before you rely on it.

Accounts and access

Sign-in uses the email address you provide. Keep that inbox under your control. You are responsible for the payout access you grant, including an App Store Finance invite, and for the files you upload. Revoke that access in the source system whenever you want; upload still works without it.

Do not misuse the service, probe it for weaknesses, or upload data you do not have the right to process.

Your data

You keep ownership of your company data and payout files. You give us permission to host, parse, and use that data to provide the service, including generating invoices you preview and download. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Plans and payment

Starter is free and includes a limited number of invoices each month. Paid plans, currently Pro, add the features shown on the pricing page, such as integrations and a higher invoice allowance.

Paid plans are billed by Dodo Payments at the price shown at checkout, monthly or yearly. A subscription renews until you cancel. You manage an existing subscription in the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the period you already paid for ends. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where mandatory law requires it.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service for your own business records.
  • Provide accurate company and tax details.
  • Do not resell the service or use it to harm other customers.
  • Do not attempt to access another customer’s data.

Availability

We aim to keep Payout Invoice available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Payout sources, including Apple, can change their reports or access rules. We may change or discontinue a feature, and we will not remove paid access you have already bought for the current period without a reasonable alternative or a refund of the unused portion.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage, and our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Ending the service

You can stop using Payout Invoice at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. Sections that should survive, including liability and governing law, still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do. If a change is material, we will give notice in the product or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

Norwegian law governs these terms. The courts of Norway have jurisdiction, with Sør-Rogaland tingrett as the venue, except where mandatory law gives you a different forum.
